King Khalid University Hosts Sheik Al-Turki
On the 14th of Safar, the Intellectual Awareness Unit hosted Royal Court Advisor and Supreme Council Scholar, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki. Sheikh Al-Turki's visit was part of the Scholar Visitation Program, a partnership between the General Secretariat Council of Senior Scholars and King Khalid University.
Deputy Supervisor of the Intellectual Awareness Unit, Dr. Misfer bin Ahmed Al-Wadaie, said: "The partnership program regularly provides scientific meetings with senior scientists in Saudi Arabia to strengthen their reference to youth and society and maintain their prestige from attempts to distort them in social media networks."
The meeting was the second in a series of meetings that aim to achieve several goals, most prominent of which is the status of scholars in the nation, the Islamic approach to misconceptions, and the adverse impact of false accusations.
