    The Financial Sustainability Program focuses on achieving fiscal balance, enhancing spending efficiency, and diversifying government revenue sources to ensure the continuity of economic development and resource sustainability. Through its initiatives under this program, the university contributes to enhancing operational efficiency, developing self-generated revenues, and implementing best practices in financial resource management to support the sustainability of academic and administrative work.

    Objective 6: Diversify, grow, and sustain revenue sources

    This objective focuses on enhancing the financial sustainability of the university by expanding and diversifying funding sources in line with efficiency and financial independence targets. It includes building a multi-channel financing system encompassing endowments, investment projects, research and consultancy revenues, and activating precise financial planning tools to ensure transparent and reliable financial reporting. It also emphasizes improving spending efficiency and controlling operational costs through scientific resource governance methodologies. This approach is fundamental for ensuring the long-term stability and continuity of the university’s developmental and educational programs.

    To enhance the global competitiveness of citizens, the Human Capability Development Program has developed an ambitious national strategy to nurture citizens’ capabilities—starting from early childhood, through general education, university education, technical and vocational training, and extending to lifelong learning. This is achieved through collaboration among government entities, the private sector, and the non-profit sector. Through initiatives aligned with this program, the university aims to contribute to building a qualified human capital that supports the realization of the Vision's aspirations.
