In line with the King Khalid University’s direction to offer quality services and aligning with the Ministry of Education’s vision to provide user satisfaction through offering a variety of services in the most accessible and user-friendly way available to users during week days, users are there for  obligated to commit to the requirements and conditions of every service  as set in the service manual. King Khalid University portal includes a section for assistance and support for all  university.  A variety of channels are available  within the portal, offering  content, materials and media in various formats, in addition to detailed information and links as forms of assistance for beneficiaries.
