University President Receives Annual Report of the University Agency for Administrative Affairs

His Excellency, the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajallah Al-Solami, recently received the annual report of the University Agency for Administrative Affairs at his office in Al-Fara’a University City. The report was presented by the Vice-President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Mohammad bin Hamid Al-Buhairi, and the agency team. The report highlighted the achievements of the University Agency for Administrative Affairs, including its strategic vision, tasks, and basic goals.

 

His Excellency reviewed the report, which documented the achievements of the agency during the fiscal year 2023, and included a brief analysis of the agency's performance in achieving the targets of the main initiatives in the university's strategic plan. As well as monitoring of the most important achievements that were reached outside the main initiatives of the agency, in addition to reviewing the results of some indicators that were monitored this year.

 

The report also included many figures and statistics, and a monitoring of the operational and capital projects that the agency supervises; the most important honors and awards it has received, in addition to a glimpse of the available opportunities and factors contributing to achieving these goals, the challenges it faces, and the support required to overcome them. The report also provided a comprehensive overview of the status of the University Agency for Administrative Affairs, including the organizational structure, workforce, and ongoing project contracts. As well as the status of university buildings, partnerships, and events organized by the agency.

 

His Excellency praised the efforts made by the University Agency for Administrative Affairs, expressing his admiration for what was included in the report, and emphasizing the keenness of the university administration and its members to create an exceptional leap in the university environment, and attract distinguished talents, who work with passion to achieve the aspirations of our wise leadership.

 

The Vice-President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Mohammad bin Hamid Al-Buhairi, explained that the agency works in conjunction with the university's strategic plan, which - God willing - will lead to achieving the university's ambitious vision, based on Saudi Vision 2030, to achieve our leadership’s objectives, and the aspirations of the university members and its external community.

 

He stressed that the university aims for institutional excellence in all its operations, whether financial or administrative, and that excellence is the basis for all the work of the university. 

 

Al-Buhairi, on his own behalf and on behalf of all the agency's members, thanked His Excellency, the President of the University for his continued and unlimited support, the university Vice-President, and the university members for their continued cooperation.
