University President Inaugurates the Imtiaz Medical Student Platform

His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, recently launched the "Imtiaz" platform, aimed to offer  services for  the students of the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha, in the presence of the University's Vice president of Academic Affairs, Professor Dr. Saad bin Muhammad bin Dajam.

The Dean of the College, Dr. Majid Al Fae’, explained that the platform aims to provide a set of services, most prominent of which are the internship  nomination. He added the platform was built in cooperation between the General Administration of Information Technology and the College of Medical Sciences.

Al Fae’ said   that the platform provides many services to all college students during their internship program , most notably leave requests, transfers, and postponements, as well as internal and external inquiries. In addition to archiving alumni data, the platform also contribute to automating the nomination processes according to  information received from the "Academia" system.

The meeting was attended by college representatives and officials from  relevant authorities at the university.
