University President Sponsors the Launch of World Teacher Day Ceremony
On Tuesday the 5th of October 2021, King Khalid University launched its activities and programs to celebrate World Teachers' Day 2021, with the participation of a number of university faculties, deanships and units.
His Excellency the President of the University, Professor Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, explained that on this day we celebrate World Teachers’ Day, by expressing our appreciation to the role teachers play in our society and their great efforts in the development of we witness. He added we also celebrate the success of our country in addressing the Corona pandemic, and the success of the Ministry of Education in perpetuating the educational process during the pandemic efficiently, finally he concluded and we also celebrate our safe return to every day life which has been achieved successfully
It’s worth mentioning, that the College of Education, the Deanship of Human Resources, the Saudi Scientific Association for Teachers (Jassem) and a number of entities participated in the university's programs to celebrate World Teachers' Day.
