College of Education holds “ Saudi 90th Anniversary, a Journey of Achievement and Giving “ meeting
The College of Education at King Khalid University held a meeting on Monday evening as part of the university events to celebrate the 90th Saudi National Anniversary.
The meeting was launched by a documentary film entitled “ Glory and Pride “ produced by the e learning unit at the college of education. After that the Dean of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Thabet Al Kahlan, welcomed the attendees and participants to the meeting , stressing the importance of celebrating the occasion in instilling the values of loyalty and belonging among young people. He also thanked all those who contributed to the establishment and implementation of this meeting.
The meeting hosted the participation of the Dean of the Post Graduate Deanship and supervisor of King Khalid University research chair prof. Ahmed Al Faie, who presented a speech on the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its national development, in addition to the participation of the Dean of the Community College and President of the Abha Literary Club, Dr. Ahmed Al Marea, Dr. Khidran Al-Suhaimi as well as the participation of the college students.
The meeting ended with honoring the participants in the event, then announcing the names of the students who won the national essay writing, photography , drawing, and the video competition.
