Al Turki meets charity work entities in Asir.

On the sidelines of the events associated with the first International Quranic Conference that is being organized by King Khalid University (KKU), the university hosted the meeting of the adviser at the Royal Court, who is also the member of the senior scientists, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Abdulmohsen Al Turki, with entities that are interested in philanthropy in the region of Asir. The meeting was in the presence of Secretary-General of the world body of Scientific Miracles in the Qur'an and Sunnah, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al moslah, and the Secretary General of the coordinating Council of charities in the region of Asir, Dr. Nasser Al Gomishan. The meeting was managed by Dr. Abdullah Al-Hadi, and a number of officials of charitable work in the region. It took place in the central bleachers at the university.

Dr. Al Turki confirmed that charity work requires patience and expectation to reward from the God, in addition to developing plans to achieve the desired goals, adding that the importance of charity work comes in terms of its intrinsic value, benefit and advantage, and its consequences as well, because it is part of the doctrine and worship of the nation. Individuals, nations, institutions, or countries cannot marginalize this great work, or give it up, because it is part of the religion and faith.

Dr.Al Turki stressed on clarity in dealing with charity works issues, and close all deviant ways, saying that "if scientists have their own thoughts regarding charity, the workers in this field also have their own beliefs and thoughts. So, we are very keen to cooperate for the sake of Da'wa (calling) and the good, and to unify the word, the thing that all those who work in this field realize; work could be accomplished through integration and cooperation"
