The President of the University Sponsors the Introductory Meeting of the Technical Professional Certificates
His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, sponsored the introductory meeting for technical professional certificates in the fields of computer science, which was organized by the university represented by the College of Computer Science.
The Dean of the College of Computer Science, Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Qarawi, explained that college of computer science aims through this meeting to contribute to promoting the human capacity development program launched by His Highness the Crown Prince, which aims to equip young people with the skills and knowledge that qualifies them for both the local and global labor market.
Al-Qarawi said that the meeting was keen to educate students about the necessity of obtaining professional certificates before graduating from an undergraduate degree.Adding that these certificates are very important in developing students’ technical skills, and bridging the gap between college outputs and the labor market.
Al-Qarawi extended his thanks to His Excellency the President of the University for sponsoring and supporting this meeting, which was one of the most important meetings held by the college during this second semester.
