With the significant urban development witnessed by the university city and in various governorates of the region, and the large and continuous expansion of the university's facilities, the General Administration of Projects has recently studied and developed the organizational structures of its departments and sections to keep pace with the latest developments in project management methodology and actively participate in achieving the administration's strategy according to comprehensive quality standards in building standard technical and administrative procedures and models. Specializes in providing technical support to department heads, project managers, and engineers, and providing technical consultations to project managers during the execution phase, as well as to university administrations concerned with project management. It also provides technical opinions and advice regarding the university's project needs in accordance with the expansion and development requirements of university facilities.

Specializes in providing administrative support to department heads, project managers, and engineers. It also follows up on the financial abstracts of projects.
