    Dr. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Meshal earned a PHD in Sharia policy from the General Judicial Institute in the specialization of administrative contracts in Sharia and law. He has a wide expertise in the field of investment in real-estate and tourism since 1996 in the kingdom and abroad. He is one of the leading businessman focusing on establishing luxury hotels and commercial markets in Riyadh, Makkah and Madinah, and one of the most prominent of these achievements is being a founding partner of several successful companies, most notably Thakher Investment Company, Maad International Company, Al-Manakha Development Company Ltd., and other companies.
