Assistant Supervisor of the Risk Management Administration at King Khalid University, Ms. Nidaa Abdulwahab Saad Arishi, came in second place winning the Distinguished employee award in the university’s sixth Excellence Award edition.
Arishi, is considered one of the most accomplished administrative employees at the university, equipped with a variety of training courses that exceed 43 courses , Nidaa has received more than 14 honoree letters and thank you notes.
Mrs. Nidaa Arishi’s education and back ground, includes a diploma of laboratory Technology (Pathology) and a bachelor's degree in Public Administration development from King Abdulaziz University in addition to a master's degree in the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences.
Al Arishi, has worked in administrative work in various departments at the university, as a laboratory technician at the Faculty of Science, assistant director of the General Administration of Safety and Security, and currently as assistant to the general supervisor of risk management administration.
Nidaa Arishi, is a model of excellence, as an assistant supervisor and leader of a team of employees and an individual you can relay on Nidaa is an equivalent of excellence. In every task whether small or big Nidaa takes the opportunity to demonstrate her critical thinking, skills and uniqueness, Nidaa’s ability to initiate new methods and development plans is one of her strongest professional traits. When asked on her drive to excellence Nidaa said: we just need to allow our capabilities to reach the highest level of our potentials, stressing deserving excellence is a positive factor that helps people manage intellectual resources and develop themselves.
Arishi, finally points that by being granting the award of excellence the university aims to create an appropriate and stimulate professional excellence and improve the work environment.
