To find your internal device IP address (IPv4):
Right-click on the network icon in the taskbar (bottom of the screen, next to the clock).
Select "Open Network & Internet Settings".
On the new page, click on "Properties" or "View connection properties" (depending on your version).
Look for the line containing the IPv4 address – the number next to it is your device's IP address.
Steps to Reset or Change the Password for King Khalid University Account (KKU):
Go to the Main Electronic Services Portal of King Khalid University: from here
From the homepage, select the Password Change Service.
Follow the on-screen instructions to reset or change your password.
When choosing a new password, it is recommended to include the following:
Uppercase and lowercase letters (e.g., A and a)
Numbers (e.g., 1, 2, 3)
Special characters (e.g., @, #, !)
After completing the process, the password will be successfully updated and can be used across all university services.

Ensure the printer is powered on and properly connected to electricity.
Check that the printer cable (USB or network) is properly connected to the device.
Inspect the paper status inside the printer and make sure there is enough paper and no paper jams.
Verify the ink or toner levels.
If the issue persists:
Restart the computer.
Restart the printer.
Steps to Resolve Computer Slowness (KKU):
Restart the computer to refresh performance and clear temporary memory.
Close unnecessary programs running in the background and not currently in use.
Use system tools to clean the hard drive:
Open "Disk Cleanup".
Select the desired drive and delete temporary and unnecessary files.

** Printing Using the Central Printer
Open the file you want to print.
Select Print.
From the printer list choose:
* Central Printer (e.g., Secure Print / Follow Me Epson)
Click Print
➜ The job will be sent to the system and will not print immediately.

** Retrieving Print Jobs from Epson Printer
Go to any Epson printer on the network.
Log in using one of the following methods:
* Swipe the ID card
* Or enter username and password on the printer screen
After logging in:
* Your print job list will appear
Select:
* Print All
or select specific files
Press Print to start printing

** Scanning from Epson Printer
Log in to the printer:
* Using your card or user credentials
From the screen select:
* Scan
Choose the sending method:
* Email
Place the document in:
* ADF or on the glass
Press Start
The file will be sent directly to your email
