FAQ for Student Excuses Service - King Khalid University

This service allows students to submit excuses to the college and wait for a response regarding the acceptance or rejection of the excuse.

Access through My KKU by entering your username and password, then selecting the Student Excuses Service.

Students.

• The user must be a student at King Khalid University.

• Accessing the system requires a username and password.

• Using Google Authenticator to obtain the necessary code for login.

• Excuses must be submitted electronically through the system without the need for physical presence.

• Through the unified technical support (8000).

• Through the IT incident reporting system (https://itcsvc.kku.edu.sa/KKU_ITTS).

• Through Chatbot.
