On behalf of His Excellency, the Rector of King Khalid University, the University Vice-President for Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Marzin Al-Shahrani, inaugurated the activities of World Quality Day, which was organized by the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality at the Central Stands in the Main Headquarters of the University. The World Quality Day event included the establishment of a scientific symposium entitled "Daily Leadership," which discussed three scientific papers presented by a number of specialists in the university, in cooperation with the branch of the Saudi Association for Quality in the Aseer Region.
At the beginning of the symposium, Dr. Ali Shtawi presented a scientific paper where he discussed the advantages of the development and content quality of the enlightened leader in the light of the Islamic curriculum and contemporary educational thought. Dr. Abdullah Al-'Adid presented a paper entitled "Applications of Quality Leadership in the Sunnah." In the final presentation of the symposium, Dr. Fayez Al-Dhafra submitted a number of concepts of quality, through a scientific paper entitled "Quality of Leadership or Quality Leadership."
Following after, the University Vice-President for the Academic Development and Quality Deanship, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Hajri, said that the Deanship was keen to participate in the activities of this day, through the establishment of this symposium, which included three important topics provided by specialists in the fields of development and quality at the university level.
Al-Hajri pointed out that the Deanship would organize a number of symposiums and training courses until the end of this week for men and women in a number of the university's branches. It includes a scientific symposium for men and women entitled "Quality and Effective Leadership," in addition to a training course in the University branch in Mahyel Aseer entitled, "Quality Guarantee Management.”
It is noteworthy that the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality in the University organizes a number of courses and symposiums, in conjunction with the Quality Week, under the slogan "Daily Leadership," under the supervision of the Saudi Council for Quality.
