King Khalid University, represented by the General Administration of Volunteering and Community Partnership, has launched the second phase of the "Mobaderoon 7" project for the 1447/1448 AH academic year. The phase includes more than 100 initiatives targeting various segments of society as part of the university's efforts to strengthen social responsibility and promote a culture of volunteerism.
Dr. Misfer bin Mohammed Al-Asmari, General Supervisor of the General Administration of Volunteering and Community Partnership at the university, explained that the second phase of the project includes a diverse package of initiatives and programs covering cultural, educational, awareness, volunteer, and developmental fields. These initiatives aim to empower community members, enhance community participation, and build effective partnerships that contribute to achieving sustainable impact.
Dr. Al-Asmari added that the first phase of the "Mobaderoon 7" project was launched during the holy month of Ramadan in 1447 AH and included Holy Qur'an competitions, along with several community programs and initiatives, in addition to the "Cultural Evenings" program, all of which witnessed broad participation and engagement from various segments of society.
Dr. Al-Asmari emphasized that the second phase, which was launched yesterday, Sunday, represents a continuation of the project through more than 100 community initiatives aimed at expanding community participation, strengthening partnerships with various entities, and reinforcing the university's role as a center of expertise and a development partner contributing to community service.
