The sessions of the first day of the "Institutional Excellence in University Education Forum," organized by King Khalid University, were launched.
The first session, chaired by the Vice-President of King Khalid University for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Mohammad bin Hamed Al-Buhairi, discussed Leadership and Institutional Excellence. Participants included former Shura Council member and professor at King Khalid University, Prof. Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Abbas, who reviewed University Leadership in the Era of the Vision. The Vice-President of King Khalid University for Educational Affairs, Prof. Saad bin Mohammad bin Dajam, also participated with a paper titled "Leadership of Education and Training: The Path to University Excellence," and Council of University Affairs Advisor, Prof. Omar bin Abdullah Al Suwailam, spoke about "The Transformation of Universities Towards Leadership and Excellence."
The second session of the conference was launched under the title "Financial Excellence for Institutions," chaired by the Vice-President of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Abdulwahed bin Hamad Al-Mazrou. Participants included the Vice-President of King Khalid University for Business and Community Partnership, Prof. Abdulatif bin Ibrahim Al-Hadithi, speaking about "Excellence in Self-Resource Management." Dr. Samer bin Muhammad Al-Aqeel from the University Education Fund spoke about "The University Education Fund and Universities: Integration of Excellence," alongside the participation of the Vice-Governor for Regulatory Affairs at the General Authority for Endowments, Dr. Fahad bin Muhammad Al-Majed, on "Governance of University Endowments as a Path to Excellence."
The first day's sessions concluded with a session on "Human Capital: The Cornerstone of University Excellence," chaired by the Vice-President of Tabuk University, Prof. Saleh bin Hamed Al-Harbi. Participants included the Director General of Human Resources at the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, Mr. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Dablan, speaking about "Human Capacity Development: The Foundation of Institutional Excellence." The Director General of Human Resources at the General Health Authority, Mr. Ali bin Sulaiman Al-Rumayyan, spoke about "Human Resources Planning and Opportunities for Excellence." Finally, the CEO of the College of Applied Studies in Dhahran Al Janoub at King Khalid University, Prof. Misfer bin Ahmed Al-Wadaei, participated on "Innovation in Human Capital.
