His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, praised the advanced global positions achieved by Saudi universities in fields of research, innovation and international classifications. Al Somali, explained that the excel of Saudi Universities in the global classifications are a result of the attention devoted to education by His Majesty the Custodian of the two holy mosques and the follow up and guidance received by his Royal Highness Crown prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
He then added, that 15 Saudi University were included in the times classification for the year 2022 , which is a 50% increase in Saudi Universities . in comparison to last year and an indication of the development in Saudi universities. He praised the role of the Ministry of Education and the efforts made by His Excellency the Minister, Professor Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh and His Undersecretary for Universities, Research and Innovation, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Sudairi, are in this direction.
Al-Solami, stressed the keenness of King Khalid University, like other Saudi universities, to translate the support and interest it receives into more progress and development, noting that the university, according to its strategic plan, seeks to contribute to achieving Vision 2030, and to becoming among the top 200 universities in the world.
