Proactive Action : Proactive Preparation for Scholarship Students
Description : Once the student’s admission under the scholarship category is approved, the system prepares the scholarship profile and its entitlements, automatically enrolls the student in housing services, schedules the disbursement of the stipend, and notifies the student of the available entitlements and support services.
Access the University Housing System through the University’s electronic portal.
Sign in according to the approved login method.
Review the eligibility conditions and requirements for University housing.
Complete the application information and attach the required documents, if any.
Review the information, verify its accuracy, and then submit the application.
The application is reviewed to verify that the eligibility requirements are met and that housing is available.
The student can track the application status electronically through the system.
Once the application is approved, the student is notified of its status and the procedures related to housing and completes the payment of any applicable fees.
The student can also benefit from other electronic services related to housing, including submitting suggestions and complaints and paying and obtaining refunds for fees in accordance with the approved regulations.
