An integrated procedural system for processing advance payment requests and financial assistance services provided to male and female students, in addition to managing Student Fund services, ensuring faster processing and accurate procedures without the need to visit the University premises.
Proactive Action : Proactive Preparation for Students with Disabilities
Description : Once a student with a disability is admitted, their eligibility is verified, and the level of support is approved, the system prepares the required academic and financial accommodations and support, allocates transportation, housing, and facilities services, assigns a support coordinator, and enables requests for the disbursement of financial assistance entitlements and the provision of a computer.
Access the system through the University’s electronic portal.
Sign in according to the approved login method.
Select the required service from advance payment services, financial assistance services, or Student Fund services.
Review the eligibility conditions and requirements for the service.
Complete the request information and attach the required documents, if any.
Review the information, verify its accuracy, and then submit the request.
The request is reviewed and verified to ensure that the eligibility requirements are met in accordance with the approved procedures.
The student can electronically track the status of the request and the actions taken on it.
The student is notified of the request outcome and any subsequent procedures related to the service.
For students with disabilities, the proactive part of the service starts automatically once eligibility is verified and the level of support is approved. The system identifies the financial assistance and support applicable to the student and prepares the services they are entitled to without requiring a separate request to initiate the verification process.
The student is notified of the services or financial assistance available to them and only needs to complete any additional procedures or provide any additional information required to receive them in accordance with the approved regulations.
The beneficiary must be a male or female student enrolled at King Khalid University.
