The system provides tools to facilitate and automate investment procedures, including viewing and printing contracts. It enables investors to manage their contracts and view handover reports and access permits without the need to attend in person.

Description : Thirty days before the investment contract expires, the system verifies that the investor has no outstanding financial obligations or violations, then renews the contract, extends the relevant authorizations and permits, and issues the payment schedule, ensuring uninterrupted service without the need for in-person follow-up.
The system automatically identifies contracts with 30 days remaining before their expiration.
The system verifies the contract’s eligibility for renewal and confirms that the investor has no outstanding financial obligations or violations.
The contract is proactively renewed once all requirements are met.
The authorizations and permits associated with the contract are extended.
The system issues the payment schedule for the new period.
The investor continues to benefit from the services associated with the contract without interruption or the need to visit the University campus.
An active investment contract must exist and be registered in the system.
The contract must be eligible for renewal in accordance with the approved regulations and procedures.
The investor must have no outstanding financial obligations.
There must be no violations that prevent the renewal of the contract.
The investor and contract information registered in the system must be complete and accurate.
