An electronic platform that enables University students to submit requests to benefit from the student transportation service, which provides transportation between the University and residential locations or between different campus locations. The platform also enables requests to be organized and tracked electronically, helping to simplify the procedures for accessing the service and expedite their completion.
Proactive Action : Proactive Services for Students with Disabilities
Description : Once a student with a disability is admitted, their eligibility is verified, and the level of support is approved, the system prepares the required academic and financial accommodations and support, allocates transportation, housing, and facilities services, assigns a support coordinator, and enables requests for the disbursement of financial assistance entitlements and the provision of a computer.

Access the Electronic Services.
Select the Student Transportation Platform and sign in according to the approved login method.
Enter or complete the transportation request information and specify the details and location for using the service.
Attach the required documents, if any, and then submit the request.
The request is reviewed and verified to ensure that the eligibility requirements are met.
The student can track the status of the request electronically through the platform.
Once the request is approved, the student is notified of its status and the details of the transportation service assigned to them.
For students with disabilities only : Once the system verifies the student’s eligibility and the level of support is approved, the proactive part starts automatically, and the appropriate transportation service is prepared according to the student’s needs and approved information without requiring a separate request to initiate the preparation.
The student with a disability is notified of the transportation service prepared for them, along with the details and procedures for using it.
The beneficiary must be an enrolled student at King Khalid University.
The student must log in to the Student Transportation Platform through the approved electronic channels.
The student’s academic and contact information must be accurate and up to date.
The student must specify the required information and location for using the transportation service according to the options available on the platform.
The student must meet the University’s approved eligibility criteria and conditions for the student transportation service.
For students with disabilities, their eligibility status and support needs must be registered and approved by the University to benefit from the proactive preparation for the transportation service.
