    IT Service Management System (Digital Platform Request) - King Khalid University

    The “Information Technology Service Management” system is designed to serve university affiliates. The system allows staff members to submit requests and suggestions for developing services related to their departments, and also enables them to request modifications to services that were previously developed.

    Conditions and regulations Electronic Service Level Agreement
    • Access the university portal
    • Access electronic services
    • Log in using the university account
    • Select IT Service Management System
    • Choose request type (new platform or modification of existing platform)
    • Fill in request details and requirements clearly
    • Attach supporting files if needed
    • Submit the request to the relevant authority
    • Track the request until review, approval, or implementation
    • The beneficiary must be a staff member at King Khalid University
    • An active university account must be available to access the system
    • The request must be related to developing a new IT service or modifying an existing service for the beneficiary’s entity
    • The request must be clearly and completely filled out
    • Compliance with IT policies and university regulations is required
    • Requests are subject to review and evaluation before approval or implementation
