    This service is concerned with aligning the indicators of university entities’ initiatives with the indicators of the operational plan, ensuring integration and linkage between initiatives and the university’s strategic objectives. It also enables entities to upload supporting evidence and documents, allowing the Strategy Department to monitor and evaluate the indicators and verify their alignment with the operational plan indicators, thereby enhancing performance efficiency and the accuracy of achievement measurement.

    • Select Performance Indicators and Initiatives Service
    • Enter initiative and KPI data
    • Align indicators with the operational plan
    • Upload supporting documents
    • Submit for review and evaluation
    • Track status through the Strategy Department
    • The beneficiary must be one of the relevant departments within King Khalid University
    • An active university account must be available to access the service
    • Initiative and performance indicator data must be entered accurately and completely
    • Indicators must be aligned with the approved operational plan KPIs
