Sign in using your University account.
Select the required service or appointment type.
Select a suitable date and time from the available appointments.
Confirm the appointment.
Track the appointment status or modify/cancel it when needed through the platform.
The user must book the appointment through the electronic platform sufficiently in advance of the scheduled appointment.
The user must provide a valid identification document when booking before the meeting begins.
The user must ensure a strong internet connection and suitable devices (computer, phone, headphones) to ensure the quality of the connection.
The user must adhere to the scheduled meeting time and connect at the agreed time.
It is recommended that the user be in a quiet, distraction-free environment during the meeting.
The appointment may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the platform's policy, provided this is done within the specified period before the appointment.
The privacy and confidentiality of information exchanged during the meeting must be maintained, and such information must not be recorded or shared without permission.
