    Faculty Promotions - King Khalid University

    The Faculty Promotion Service is an electronic platform dedicated to King Khalid University faculty members, allowing them to submit promotion requests with ease. Through this service, faculty members can enter their academic and personal information, including research, publications, and research projects. The service also provides a mechanism for departments, colleges, and relevant committees to approve promotion requests, from recommendation to peer review.     Conditions and regulations Electronic Service Level Agreement
    • Access the university electronic portal.
    • Access the electronic services.
    • Log in using the university account.
    • Select the Faculty Promotion Service.
    • Complete the required personal and academic information.
    • Attach the required documents and supporting evidence.
    • Submit the promotion request.
    • Follow up on the application status.
    • The beneficiary must be a faculty member at King Khalid University.
    • An active university account must be available to access the service.
    • The applicant must meet the approved academic promotion requirements and regulations of the university.
