King Khalid University monitors and reviews electronic participation according to its approved policies and reserves the right to publish, refuse publication, or remove any participation that violates regulations, conflicts with the objectives of electronic participation, fails to comply with standards of respectful dialogue, includes offensive or inaccurate information, or contains content unrelated to the proposed topic, without any legal obligation on the university’s part.
Neither the university nor its staff or representatives shall bear legal responsibility for opinions, comments, or feedback published by participants through its electronic channels, as such contributions represent only the views of their authors unless officially issued by the university through its approved channels.

Participation must be related to the proposed topic, services, regulations, policies, or initiatives that fall within King Khalid University’s areas of responsibility.
Participation must be clear and objective and include an opinion, suggestion, or remark that can be studied, analyzed, or utilized.
Compliance with the laws, regulations, and instructions applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and with the university’s approved policies.
Adherence to standards of respectful dialogue and respect for differing opinions while avoiding offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language.
No publication of content that insults religion, the nation, leadership, government entities, the university, its employees, or any individual or entity.
No inclusion of any content that incites hatred, discrimination, fanaticism, or violence, or violates public morals and values.
No publication of rumors or false, misleading, or unverified information.
No publication of confidential data, internal information, or unauthorized documents related to the university or any other entity.
Respect intellectual property rights and avoid publishing copied or protected content without citing the source or obtaining the necessary permission.
Electronic participation channels must not be used for advertising, marketing, commercial, or personal purposes unrelated to the participation topic.
Participation must not include unreliable links or files that may contain malware or inappropriate content.
Impersonating any person or entity when submitting participation is prohibited.
Avoid repeating the same participation multiple times or submitting repetitive contributions that add no new value.
Participants must provide accurate and correct information whenever required.
The participating entity or individual bears full responsibility for the content of the submitted participation.
The university reserves the right to review, modify, refuse publication, or remove any participation that violates these terms and controls, applicable laws and regulations, or falls outside the proposed topic.
