King Khalid University enables beneficiaries to access the “Tafaul” platform, which is one of the national electronic participation platforms. It aims to empower beneficiaries to share their opinions and feedback regarding government policies, strategies, initiatives, and services, in addition to supporting co-innovation and providing proposals that contribute to improving the digital government experience.
King Khalid University provides the “Shareek” platform to receive beneficiaries’ opinions, observations, and suggestions, analyze them, and forward them to the relevant authorities, contributing to the improvement of electronic services and the development of decisions and policies related to the beneficiary experience.
