University Signs Cooperation Agreement with the Saudi Electronic University

Prince Turki bin Talal, Governor of Asir Region, Chairman of the Region Development Authority, attended the signing of a cooperation agreement between King Khalid University and the Saudi Electronic University, in his office at the Emirate of Asir Region.

His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, represented the King Khalid university at the signing while the Saudi Electronic University,  was represented by Prof. Dr. Lailak Ahmed Al-Safadi.

The agreement aims to promote cooperation projects in the  scientific, educational, training and professional development, fields. The Agreement also aims to achieve  common interests and  provide a training environment that encourages creativity and supports excellence.His Excellency the President of King Khalid University and the President of the Saudi Electronic University expressed their  appreciation to His Highness, the Governor of Asir region, for his guidance,  constant follow-up and support.

Al-Solami also stressed the university’s keenness, through the agreement, to exchange experiences in various fields, in a way that increases the quality of its work and expands the scope of its scientific services to achieve public interest and the goals of vision 2030. The President of the Saudi Electronic University also said that the university seeks through the agreement to multiply and diversify its partnerships,  to provide expertise in the fields of education and e-training, and to develop their human resources through a culture of continuous learning and lifelong learning.

 

In a related context, His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, met , yesterday evening, Tuesday, at his office in the University City in Abha (Greiger), His Excellency the President of the Saudi Electronic University, Prof. Dr. Laylak Ahmed Al-Safadi. The two parties  discussed ways to enhance cooperation in light of the agreement signed at  the Emirate  of Asir region, and to  achieve integration between the two universities in a number of fields,  as well as contributing to strengthening their academic and societal roles.
