Establishment and Scope of the Administration
The General Administration for Administrative and Financial Affairs began its operations with the establishment of the university in the year 1419 AH. It undertakes the supervision of securing all educational, medical, library, and service needs and supplies. It also handles the contracting of projects and operational programs across the various units of the university, as well as disbursing employee expenses and facilitating the resolution of obstacles they face to dedicate themselves to performing their professional duties. Furthermore, it oversees warehouses and monitors inventory while ensuring the application of relevant regulations, bylaws, and instructions.

Vision: Commitment to proficiency and skill in electronic administrative and financial transactions to facilitate all provided services.
Mission: Adherence to directing the university's financial expenditures in accordance with regulations and instructions through distinguished, high-quality electronic systems to enhance their effectiveness and achieve the maximum benefit from these expenditures.
Objectives:
- Quality and excellence in its administrative and financial dealings through its advanced technical systems and electronic government platforms.
- Working to raise the efficiency of spending and rationalize consumption through the optimal use of financial resources to secure necessary needs with the best technical standards and specifications.
- Maintaining custody items, inventory, and storage levels, and carrying out warehouse control operations through electronic systems.
