Deanship of Development and Quality of King Khalid University has issued its first annual report for programs and training courses. The report showed intention to train more than 2147 trainees. The exercise aims at spreading the culture of quality and development among employees of the university, and providing support, encouragement and follow-up to ensure quality in all colleges, departments and Deanships. In its turn, the Deanship is working on a comprehensive study for the training needs, hence it will be possible to prepare programs, units of studies and strategic plans for activating quality in all parts of the university. The report also included statistics for all courses, for the names of the trainers, for the trainees in a place, and the time during the year when the training will take place.

In this regard, the Dean of Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Omar Elwan Aqeel praised all the participants in the activities conducted last year . They included trainers, trainees, and the organizers, in addition to those in charge of preparing the report. In conclusion, Elwan thanked the University President Prof. Abdul Rahman Bin Hamad Al-Daoud for his unlimited support to the Deanship, and appreciated the president's encouragement to develop the concept of quality for all employees of the university.
