The  Academic Development and Quality Deanship at King Khalid University, implemented a number of training courses for 4425 trainees during the second semester of 1442 Ah, in an effort to achieve academic accreditation.

The Dean of Academic Development and Quality Deanship, Dr. Salem Al Qarni, explained that the Deanship offered 20 training courses, 14 of which were in Arabic and 6 courses in English, adding that all the training courses are recorded and available on the Deanship's website.

Of note, the University aims to achieve the accreditation through signing a contract with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, to accredit 18 programs. The University currently has 39 accredited programs, and is ranked second among Saudi universities in the number of accredited  programs
