Under the Patronage of His Excellency the University President, the College of Humanities Holds the Second Quality & Development Forum

On Wednesday the 9th of November and on behalf of the University President, the
University Vice President of Quality and Development, Dr. Marzin Al-Shahrani,
launched the College of Humanities' Second Quality & Development Forum at the
university auditorium at Al-Qaraa. The forum is held in a two-day period and includes
training sessions, panel discussions, and workshops.

In his speech, Al-Shahrani, affirmed that the university is keen to implement the
comprehensive concept of quality and development in order to achieve competition
principles, support the university's vision and goals, and become an international
leading institution by building an outstanding knowledge society. He also stressed
that the university devotes its efforts to provide the necessary consultations in the
academic and administrative aspects of the fields of quality, as well as assisting in the
programs in the process to maintaining academic accreditation. The university, Al-
Shahrani added, is also keen to support beneficiary fronts in implementing the highest
quality standards within a framework based on the principles of cooperation and
synergy in order to achieve its strategic goals. He also emphasized that the university
has crafted a roadmap to a future where it can compete nationally, regionally, and
internationally. 

On his part, the Dean of the College of Humanities, Dr. Khalid Abu Hikmah, stressed
that the second forum of Quality & Development aims to promote the culture of
quality, demonstrate the importance of community partnerships in quality education,
uncover quality aspects in the college, highlight several skills regarding quality
adjustment, and finally ensure comprehensive quality management. 

The forum was concluded with the University Vice President of Quality and
Development honoring participants and supporting bodies.
