In accordance with the world creativity and innovation day, the Innovation Unit at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Abha, launched the Institutional Happiness and Staff Well-being initiative.
On this occasion, Vice Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, and Supervisor of the Innovation Unit, Dr. Huda Al Ghamdi, explained that this initiative targets all university members, and aims to create a motivating work environment, since employees are the most important factor in fulfilling future achievements, and achieving academic, research and administrative excellence.
It's worth noting that the Innovation Unit aims to achieve many goals, one of which is to create a motivating environment.
