University Celebrates the 5th Anniversary of His Majesty's Ascension to the Throne

University Rector and Vice Rectors Express Their Gratitude and Devotion to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques

His Excellency, King Khalid University Rector Prof. Falleh Al-Solamy, congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the Saudi government and the entire nation on the fifth anniversary of His Majesty's ascension to the throne.

 

Rector Al-Solamy explained that we celebrate five years of His Majesty's beneficence at a time of unprecedented strength, security, and prosperity throughout the nation. Also, the Kingdom continues to make great strides in industrial, scientific and economic development, which allows Saudi Arabia to assume a leadership role on the global stage. He added that we pray that Allah grants us peace and prosperity in perpetuity.

His Excellency Rector Al Solamy also applauds our wise leadership's attention and support of public education, which has allowed King Khalid University to flourish and offer our students and community the finest accredited educational opportunities in the world. The university continues to advance and improve its offering and administrative capabilities in accord with the national strategy set forth in Vision 2030. Rector Al-Solamy concluded his speech by asking Allah to protect and bless the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense.

 

While many faculty members have joyously expressed their celebration of the fifth anniversary of allegiance to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, we cannot recount each and every remark. However, senior members of the university offered their messages of gratitude and optimism on this occasion:

Vice Rector of Knowledge Economy and Business, Prof. Abdulatif Al-Hadithi, said: "This anniversary is of great value to our nation and we celebrate continuing prosperity and development." He added that the Kingdom has made great developmental leaps over the past five years and that we look forward to even greater success as the nation transforms under Vision 2030.

Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Prof. Saad bin Du'ajim, congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, on the fifth anniversary of His Majesty's ascension to the throne. He also congratulated the Saudi nation, wishing the Kingdom continued prosperity and peace while achieving rapid growth in all sectors of the economy and society.

We truly live in a blessed time under the wisest leadership." He also commended the Kingdom's role in fighting terrorism and supporting the security and development of other Muslim countries, which is a source of national pride.
