KKU joins Federation of Universities of the Islamic World

King Khalid University has recently joined Federation of Universities of the Islamic World after the accomplish of the exceptional course of the executive council and the sixth course of General Conference Union  that took place at Imam Mohammed Ibn Saud University in Riyadh in November last year .

In return, Secretariat General of the Union welcomed King Khalid University joining and wished from King Khalid University to enhance cooperation with everyone to achieve the common interest goals.

In return, HE King Khalid University President Prof. Abdul Rahman Al-Dawood praised the importance of this joining to the Union, considering it a good opportunity to improve academic and management abilities of the university employees by enhancing their human and knowledge experience by exchanging expertise and interests.

Also he praised World Universities' efforts and their employees.

It worth to mention that Islamic World Universities was founded in 1987 in the framework of Islamic Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ISESCO) after the recommendation of Ministerial Standing committee on scientific and Technological Cooperation that follows Islamic Conference Organization which was held in morocco.
