King Khalid University launched a program called " Our Volunteering Kids"

aiming at rooting volunteering deed and charity loving inside children’s spirit.

Students’ Affairs Deanship at King Khalid University started participating in implementing a volunteering program titled" Our Volunteering Kids" which was suggested by a student from Girls’ Sciences College, Abha, named Rafaa Bint Ayed Al Shahrani. The program aims at rooting volunteering deed and charity loving inside children’s spirit in participation of 80 children between 3 and 9 years.

The activities of the program were implemented inside the college besides a number of kindergartens and mosques at Asir. The activities included various programs like "Warm Hand and Cool Breeze" in which winter clothes and umbrellas were distributed on the workers, "You’ll Get the Same Reward" in which fasting meals were distributed in the mosques of the districts, " Neighbourhood is our responsibility" in which a reward was given to the cleaners of the district, " Share our Joy" in which a number of gifts were given to the cleaners on holidays, " Purify your mouth and please your God" in which Sewak will be distributed on the prayers of Friday.
