College of Engineering Shines in New Times Higher Education International Rankings
According to the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, King Khalid University's College of Engineering is the 4th ranked engineering college in Saudi Arabia and 501 at the international level.
Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Ibrahim Idris Falqi, explained that international classifications are indications that can be relied on in the assessment and evaluation of engineering colleges. He explained that the Times Higher Education International Rankings are based on 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators in performance across teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook. He maintained that the domestic and international rankings are achievements that indicate a record of providing students with an outstanding educational experience.
Dean Falqi thanked His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy, expressing appreciation for his support and guidance. He further thanked the university vice rectors, heads of the College of Engineering departments, faculty members and employees for all of their efforts and teamwork.
