4 scientific papers to handle 2030 Vision presented by the University community in Abha Literary Club

King Khalid University (KKU), represented by the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education, has organized, in collaboration with the Abha Literary Club, debates about the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia known as Vision 2030. The debates took place in the Abha Literary Club and were presented by a number of the faculty members of the university.

Sessions were initiated with an introduction to the Vision. The introduction mimicked over the pride of the youth of the Kingdom on the evolution which is expected within the Vision 2030. Then, the President of the Literary Club, Dr. Ahmed Al Meraa, presented the first session which was initiated with a scientific paper entitled 'Ambitious country... a responsible citizenship for a perceptive Vision 2030'. The first session was presented by the Dean of community service and scientific research of the university, Dr. Mubarak Hamdan. Also, Dr. Mohamed Gharib presented another scientific paper entitled 'the administrative aspects of the Vision 2030'.

The second session also started with a paper in which Dr. Mohammed Al Abd talked about the family and the school together to build the character of children "upgrade" in the Vision 2030. There was also Dr. Samia Nada who participated with a paper highlighting personal development in light of Vision 2030. This session was introduced by Dr. Abdul Rahman Faseel, who is one of the teaching staff in the Faculty of Education of KKU, and who was also the Former Cultural Attaché at Saudi embassy in Malaysia.

It is noteworthy that holding such sessions in the Literary Club is considered an initiative from the deanship of Community Service in order to introduce the Saudi Arabian Vision 2030. Dr. Mubarak Hamdan emphasized that that initiative was one of the tasks assigned to the Deanship. "We hope it could facilitate towards the process of serving the community," Dr. Hamdan said. He finally thanked the attendees for attending and for witnessing the sessions.
