MOU between King Khalid University and the Directorate of Civil Defense in Asir
President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaallah Al-Solami, and the Director of Civil Defense in Asir, Major General Dr. Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Zahrani, recently signed an MOU, aiming for cooperation, integration, and partnership, to collaborate on shared goals.
The memorandum aims to hold mutual training programs, benefit from mutual systems and digital platforms of the two parties, conduct research in related fields, organize workshops, seminars and forums, and hold mutual initiatives and programs.
Development and Innovation were key points on the memorandum, alongside institutional excellence, governing procedures, and elevating productivity and quality. As well as raising public awareness through both parties’ media platforms, and exchanging expertise through seminars and academic programs.
This memorandum comes as an extension to the effective and long-standing partnership between the university and the Directorate of Civil Defense in Asir, affirming the two parties’ mutual community responsibility in the region.
