College of Arts and Science in Sarat Abidah Organizes a Series of Events to Educate the Border Area of ​​Tahamat Qahtan

King Khalid University, represented by  Tihama Qahtan Border Community Service Unit at the College of Arts and Sciences in Sarat Ubaida, organized a series of  educational, awareness and health activities to serve the community of the Tahama Qahtan.

In this regard, the Tihama Qahtan Border Community Service Unit  held a meeting on Tuesday, the meeting was attended by the dean of the college of arts and science in Sarat Ubaidah and the supervisor of the Community Service Unit in Tihama Qahtan border area, Dr. Ali bin Nasser Al-Sahli.

The meeting included several programs among which were,  breast cancer examination and the importance of  radiological in medical  examination, in addition to educational pamphlets and flyers.

On his part Al-Sahli , stressed the college’s keenness to deliver community programs that align with the university’s vision and goals and thanked his Excellency the university president prof. Falleh bin Rajallah Al Solami on his guidance and support for all college programs.

It’s worth noting, the event was attended by the assistant director of education in the governorate of Tahamat Qahta  and a number of female  staff from various sectors in Sarat Abidah and its surrounding areas.
