Covid-19 Vaccine, Virtual Lecture
King Khalid University, represented by the College of Pharmacy, in cooperation with the Deanship of E-Learning, are to organize tomorrow, Tuesday, 11 Rajab, a virtual awareness lecture entitled "Facts and Information about Covid-19 Vaccines", presented by Dr. Mustafa Samir and Dr. Sarah Al-Asmari from the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, targeting all members of the society.
The Dean of the College, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Sairi, explained that the lecture will include an overview of the historical importance of vaccines, how vaccines work and their types, the health and societal benefits of the Covid-19 vaccine, the stages to developing and making vaccines, the safety of the Covid-19 vaccine, in addition to those in most need of the vaccine, as well as arranging the intended groups in the campaign, and addressing facts about the Covid-19 vaccine.
