The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Khaled concludes the student activities on Tuesday evening 06/07/1435 AH for the current academic year. It will be under the patronage of the President of King Khalid University Prof. Abdul Rahman Bin Hamad Al-Dawood at the Theatre of the University, University City, Al-Jrigir.
The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Mare' Habash clarified that students are the main engine who could contribute in thought, planning and implementation of their activities. He underlined that the university is keen to support the factors affecting the construction of the student's personality by participating in events and extracurricular activities and engage in volunteer work because of its importance in the refinement of the student's personality.
He added, "The participation in various student activities contributes to strengthen the student's capacity of leadership, such as time management, and commitment to the system. He noted that the student activities have effective role in building and developing the students' personality, enriching their cognitive aspects, developing talents and contributing to solving the problems.
Habash explained that the ceremony is organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs. It is considered a sort of admitting gratitude from the Deanship towards the students who worked hard and proved their success this year. He added that the celebration will include a play, operetta and draws on a number of prizes, in the presence of the poet, Ali bin Rafda Al-Hababi and the vocalist, Fahad Matr.
