The Deanship of Human Resources recently held a workshop in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Service branch in Asir. The workshop was entitled "Orientation Meeting for the Promotion of Public Employees for the Year 1441 AH." The meeting was held after the Ministry of Civil Service launched the Massar Platform on Sunday, February 2, 2020.
The Massar Platform unifies all administrative procedures under a unified digital portal that includes the services and procedures of the Ministry of Civil Service in accordance with human resources executive regulations and organizational frameworks. King Khalid University's Director of Human Resources Operations, Mr. Mohammed Al-Nahari, explained that the deanship's eagerness to hold such a meeting is driven by the need to educate employees and introduce them to the platform and its services. The topics of the workshop mainly focused on the lifecycle of employee performance and evaluation within the framework of Massar. It also included a detailed presentation on the procedures and steps employees are to take, which is mostly self-service.
