On behalf of His Excellency King Khalid University Rector, Prof. Falleh R. M. Al-Solamy, the Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Dr. Saad Muhammad Du'ajim, met with the Ambassador of the Republic, Dr. Shaya Muhsin Al-Zindani.
At the beginning of the meeting, Vice Rector Du'ajim welcomed the ambassador and the delegation accompanying him, providing them with a brief overview on the university, its faculties, and departments, in addition to the vision, mission, objectives, and scholarship program projects.
General Supervisor of the Scholarship Department, Dr. Saeed Al-Sarhani, gave a detailed explanation on the numbers and specializations of Yemeni students in the university, as well as methods to develop and facilitate cooperation and communication procedures between scholarships students and their embassies.
Ambassador Al-Zindani expressed his profound appreciation to the university for its warm welcome and for the opportunity it provides to Yemeni scholarship students.
