Under the sponsorship of His Excellency the Rector, Prof. Faleh Bin Rajaa Allah Al-Solamy, the Mathematics Department at the College of Science is organizing an international conference on the 9th-10th of the month of Rajab 1439 AH in the university building blocks for the male section and in the female theater at the College of Science off of King Abdullah Road.
The conference aims to contribute to the creation of an innovative scientific space that brings together a group of distinguished international and local researchers to create research and scientific partnerships within the framework of the Kingdom's historic Vision 2030.
The Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Conference, the Vice-Dean for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Saad Al-Omari, expressed his gratitude to Rector Al-Solamy for his support and sponsorship for this conference, which will contribute to the development of scientific research at the University claiming that the importance of this conference lays in the achievement of its goals.
The Chairman of the Scientific Committee in the Conference, Dr. Ali Khalidi, affirmed that the conference seeks to achieve a set of objectives, most notably to provide the latest research in the field of mathematics, and to encourage researchers and faculty members in the department to develop the future of mathematics and scientific research in the Kingdom. He further related that this would be completed through the implementation of partnership projects between researchers and the expansion of postgraduate programs; it was also noted that the expertise of prominent international scientists would be recruited and included.
