The Rector of King Khalid University Prof. Abdulrahman Bin Hamad AL Dawood denounced terrorist bombing that targeted the security men inside one of the houses of God, while they were performing Dhohor (noon) prayers in the Asir region. It appeals itself targeting men who devoted themselves to the service of Islamic religion, and who work to defend the land of this pure country and its sanctities and capabilities".
President Al Dawood added, "the sanctity of blood is a great matter in our religion, and that the assault is a grave sin which Allah vowed in his book, the strongest penalty by saying (And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him), annisa, 93. There is no doubt that the offence is the most heinous and the most egregious if the attack strikes a believer who performs a great worship in the house of God, then the offense is getting extremely offensive if it targets men stationed to defend the sanctities of Islam and Muslims.
The Rector of King Khalid University asserted that the enemies of this religion - unfortunately - found some of our children minds that lack the knowledge and sound intellectual protection, in which the hands of the enemies turned them into tools, using them to achieve malicious goals and plots. Here comes the important role played by educational institutions as well as guidance, to call on organizations to face this delusion. The misguided began targeting one of the most important community category which is the youth.
President Al Dawood stressed on, saying that such heinous crimes would strength this country and its citizens firmly behind the wise leadership. "They will sacrifice everything in order to defend their religion and their homeland". Moreover, he expressed his condolences to the leadership of this country, and to decent Saudi people and to the families of martyrs, praying to God to shower forgiveness and mercy on them, and to heal the injured, and to perpetuate the blessings of security and safety on the country, and to rout the intrigue of intrigants and the evils of the corrupt.
In addition to that, his Excellency the president has clarified that the employees of the university in the health colleges have come from their vacations and gone immediately to Asir region hospitals in order to participate in the treatment of their injured brothers. This was in collaboration with the Health Affairs in the region. Prof, Al Dawood also prayed to God - the Almighty - to protect our country and our soldiers and the governors of this country from all evils.
