The president of King Khalid University (KKU) Prof. Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al Dawood has praised the achievements made by the security authorities in the early detection of the attempts of terrorism elements, and in thwarting off of their evil plans. Al Dawood attributed this accomplishment first to the help from God, and then to the great support these security sectors received from the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and the from Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince. These leaders have made the security of the citizen and the country paramount in their mind, and at the top of their priorities which allows people in the nation to enjoy the security, stability, prosperity and satisfaction wherever they live. Continuing, Prof Al Dawood said, "The permanent and accurate follow-up carried out by the security authorities, being led by the Crown Prince, Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef bin Abdul Aziz, and their proactive moves to thwart the deviant groups' schemes, and the speed in overthrowing them before carrying out their criminal ideas is a source of pride for us as citizens. This effort strengthens the national security that we all share in the responsibility of maintaining". President Al Dawood pointed out that the fight against this astray thinking individuals, and detecting their malicious schemes, is the duty of every person who is jealous of his / her country, religion and the holy places therein. Moreover, he mentioned that with the cooperation of everyone, our country would remain an oasis of security and stability despite the haters' plans, and their astray efforts. Prof. Abdulrahman added that the duty to preserve the security of our beloved country is the duty that we are honored to hold. He carried on, "we are fully aware that our responsibility as the educators of the youth requires us to make every effort to promote the loyalty of young people to their religion, their homeland, their leaders and their community. It also requires us to protect the youth from extremism and deviating ideas, through implanting in them authentic and sound method (beliefs) and through clarifying the dangers of astray ideas and their evil effects". At the conclusion of his statement, Al Dawood prayed to God Almighty to keep our country's security and safety, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown Prince. Additionally, he asked Allah to protect our noble country from plotters' deceits, haters' craftiness and corrupters' astray path.
