King Khalid University signed contracts with more than 82 million SR
King Khalid University President, Prof. Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al Dawood signed, in the presence of the university Vice Deans, a number of the university officials and representatives for some of national corporations, a group new contracts estimated (82.739.515)SR with some of the national corporations and institutions. The contracts include a project named arranging planning and design for then University City at Mahyel Aseer governorate with a total cost 33.984.000 SR and also completion of Education college for girls at Alnamas with a total cost 19.925.000SR in addition to the project of supplying and installing girls’ colleges labs at a number of colleges and governorates with a total cost 10.635.497SR and expansion project in building C in the academic complex at Aljrejer with a total cost 4.588.605SR. The president also signed many contracts to supply and install furniture for study offices in a number of colleges at different governorates with a total cost 11.248.913SR and an insurance contract for mobile dentistry unit with a total cost 1.510.500SR and an insurance contract for 20 electronic photography appliances presented to Library Affairs Deanship with a total cost 847.000SR.
His Excellency the University President explained that these projects meet the university planned goals and save necessary demands needed for then university facilities. He praised the generous support for the university received from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, may Allah blesses him and His Highness the Crown Prince His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy of His Royal Highness Prince Muqrin bin Abdul Aziz in addition to the ongoing care and follow-up from Aseer region governorate Prince Faisal Bin Khalid Bin Abdul Aziz.
