Teachers Conference Hosts 8 Workshops for Advanced Teaching Methods

The university hosted a teacher's conference sponsored by the Saudi Scientific Association for Teachers (GSM), on the 7-8 of Rabī' Al-Ākhir at the Abha Palace Hotel. A group of educational specialists from various fields presented the workshops all designed to enhance teacher skills.

 

The individual workshops included:

 

  • Prof. Ibrahim Al-Humaidan, King Saud University: "Teaching in the Twenty-First Century";
  • Dr. Ayshah Al-Amry, Board of Directors of the Saudi Scientific Association for Teachers: "Technical Applications for the Researcher/Teacher";
  • Ms. Marym Al-Khairy, Board of Directors of the Saudi Scientific Association for Teachers, Educational Department at Taif University: "Designing Education in the Twenty-First Century";
  • Pro. Saleh Al-Dosari, Jeddah University: "Rapid Learning Skills and Techniques";
  • Prof. Omar Al-Rashidi, Umm Al-Qura University: "Teaching Training Skills to Develop Teacher Performance";
  • Dr. Abshan Al-Abshan, Deputy Executive Director of the Al-Amal Complex for Mental Health in Riyadh: "The Role of the Student Guide in Preventing Drug and Psychotropic Substances Usage";
  • Dr. Mohammed Al-Qarni, King Abdulaziz University: "Leading Teachers";
  • Dr. Saleh Al-Zahrani, Vision Fulfillment Office at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs: "An Address on Performance Values ​​in Civil Society".
